About MicroGlass

MicroGlass LLC is the official owner of the MicroGlass technology, developed for swimming pool plaster and pebble interior finishes.

Patented by and licensed from Oxium LLC, MicroGlass is manufactured using the unique “Micronetic process” which transforms simple H2O into a breakthrough nanotechnology product. Over the last 15 years, MicroGlass has been applied to hundreds of different swimming pool interior finishes – both new and aging – with consistently impressive results.

The MicroGlass product is now positioned for nationwide distribution in the US and beyond.

About the Micronetic Process...

The Micronetic process was developed and refined over 20 years ago by Oxium founder and chief scientist William Reed. Originally developed to restore and harden old, debilitated concrete, Reed modified the formula and application process specifically for the hardening and preservation of swimming pool interior finishes.

Since then, Reed and Oxium have used the Micronetic technology to create a number of other unique, breakthrough products to produce results never before seen nor obtainable. This includes fire protection and fire suppression systems, industrial cleaning solutions, and a wide variety of agricultural products.

All products created through the Micronetic process are water-based, non-toxic, environmentally safe, and FDA rated as “GRAS” (Generally Recognized As Safe). For more details, you can download the MicroGlass SDS here.
